The V.E.M. DTC18-8-SW is a single-inlet, belt-driven centrifugal fan turbine with a forward-curved blade impeller. It is supplied as a fan unit with a shaft for belt drive and without motor, so installers can fit the motor and pulleys that suit the duty. It is used by HVAC contractors and workshops in Lebanon for air handling units, ventilation and kitchen extraction systems.

- Forward-curved impeller: single-inlet (SWSI) impeller that moves a large volume of air at moderate pressure.
- Belt drive: the motor and pulleys are selected for the airflow and pressure the job requires.
- Supplied without motor: fan unit with shaft only, ideal for replacing a worn turbine or building a custom unit.
- Wide temperature range: rated for air temperatures from -20 °C to 80 °C.
