Terms of service

1. Who we are

azargroup.org is run by Azar Group S.A.L., Zahle Industrial City – Square, Zahle 8020, Lebanon. Trade no. 3781521, VAT no. 3781521-601. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Prices include VAT unless the product page says otherwise. We try to show every product, photo and price accurately. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before delivery, and you may cancel at no cost. Some products show “Price on request”; ask us on WhatsApp for a quote.

3. Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may call you to confirm before we dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

You can pay cash on delivery or with Whish Pay.

5. Delivery and pickup

We deliver across Lebanon for $6 per order, usually in 2–4 business days; selected products have free delivery. You can also choose free pickup at our Zahle showroom (Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00, Saturday 8:00–14:00). See our Shipping policy.

6. Returns and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty follow our Refund policy.

7. Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

8. Liability

Install and use products as the manufacturer instructs; electrical and solar products should be installed by a qualified technician. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes go to the courts of Zahle.
